Miguel Ángel Gaviria Mora is a professional with more than thirty-five (35) years of experience across the maritime, educational, and business sectors. He began his career as a graduate in Nautical Sciences, serving aboard national and international vessels in the positions of Third, Second, and Chief Navigation Officer.
This operational experience, combined with his academic background, enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges inherent in maritime education and professional development within the sector. From this perspective emerged his commitment to building clear and reliable bridges between maritime vocation, specialized education, and real opportunities within the maritime field.
He later consolidated a distinguished career as Director General and owner of multiple nautical educational institutions, as well as an entrepreneur and consultant in areas including education, construction, healthcare, and advisory services. His leadership, strategic vision, and operational capacity have allowed him to lead, develop, and consolidate high-impact projects in both Venezuela and the United States, laying the foundation for the informative, guidance-focused, and professional approach that defines IENAVAG CORP / USA MARITIME CONNECT.
